No retainer until agreed in writing

Sending an enquiry does not create a professional relationship. We act only once scope, fees and terms have been agreed in a written engagement letter signed by both parties.

Fees

Fees are quoted before work begins, on a fixed, staged or hourly basis as set out in the engagement letter. Council application and appeal fees, and any third party costs, are payable in addition.

Liability

Sadaf Engineering Limited T/A Aequitas Planning holds professional indemnity insurance. Liability for work carried out is governed by the engagement letter. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of website content alone.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
