We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the type of enquirer you are, the description you provide and how you heard about us. If you instruct us we will also hold the case information you send.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to you and, if you instruct us, to carry out the work. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests for responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract once you instruct us. Where we send you occasional updates by email we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are kept for 12 months. Client and case records are kept for six years after the matter closes, in line with professional and insurance requirements.

We use essential cookies that are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and your choice is stored in your browser. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host this site and our systems, and where we are required to by law or professional obligation.
